Meet Michelle

I am a yoga and meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience. My personal yoga and meditation practice reduces stress and increases happiness in my busy life.

I graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A in Education and currently hold a California Teaching Credential.  I am an alumnus of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach) as well as a certified Advanced Relax and Renew restorative yoga teacher (taught by Judith Hanson Lasater).

I have been guided and supported by various teachers.  My practice is grounded in Asian cultural and historical roots.  I am inspired by silent retreats and living yoga in my daily life.  Let my experience guide you to the freedom that can come from yoga and mindfulness meditation practices.
