Gain knowledge in power, physical and emotional health, stress relief, relaxation, restoration, flexibility and balance.
When we participate in retreats and workshops we experience self-care. We are then able to take this experience and incorporate it into our daily lives.
I learned several new ways to check in with myself when I have racing and anxious thoughts. I will be implementing what I learned going forward. Michelle certainly has a gift with connecting with people.
